They should be able to send you a report for calls for service which you can then review.Ask if you can speak to a patrol officer who works in that area regularly.

Our thoughts are to use this in several ways; To know what we are doing 'right AND wrong' with our current tenants and what we could do to keep the good ones longer.To use the results when we are looking for new tenants to help persuade them to choose us over the competition, especially when our better quality properties are a little more expensive than much of the completion.

An economic anchor is something that supports the local economy and is not going anywhere even during an economic downturn.Question: Hypothetically speaking, if the average commute to work of residents who live in a desired market is 25 minutes and a major university or hospital is 23 minutes away, but is located in the next town over... can the hospital or university still be considered an economic anchor?

You haven't mentioned where the property is but you should speak to an expert in that local market (property manager, lawyer) on what steps you need to take to ensure you show the tenants the door legally and efficiently.Good luck!
