Something close to transportation to New York City, but not so close when the property values are very high.

A transportable cabin that would make a perfect get away in the mountains. 

Do you need to be close to specific highways or transportation lines?

Unfortunately there will be a lot of the wannabes, but you don't know who will perform until they do so networking is always good.Some of the more convenient ones for you would be the Boston Area REIA that meets in Medford and the Black Diamond meeting that meets in Waltham.

I am currently near Boston , MA and not able to find ideal multifamily since of higher entry price point and saturated markets I am looking to invest out of states emerging markets and looking for team / feedbacks which are the best out of state investment in multi family I would appreciate if you can share your experience if you are out of state investors and if you have strong team like property management / real estate agents and lenders Thank you Sachin

I use data.I first make a list of all the cities I might have heard of, cities that I heard others were investing, etc.For each city in the list I get deeper information, like the price to rent ratios, the crime rates, the school ratings, property tax information, insurance rates, population growth, unemployment rate, transportation options and businesses in the area.Then I take this information and start comparing city to city.
