It's in a great area- edge of Logan Square and Avondale, super close to Blue Line and highway.Thoughts?

I am in the San Fernando Valley, (North of Los Angeles) and I would like to know if anyone has used it and what their opinions are (Both positive or negative).

The ideal location for me would be within walkable distance to the Blue Line, anywhere between the Loop and O'hare, with a focus on Logan Square. 

Decatur is a blue collar town with large industrial and agricultural processing production.Taylorville is a historic town with quaint neighborhoods, friendly citizens and great schools. 

(PS I’ll figure out how to call out the names in blue next reply)As Victor stated these don’t include maintenance and vacancy.

These are predominately blue collar working class neighborhoods that tenants will stay for long periods of time.
