And every Ma and Pa investor wants these because they are easy to manage and easy to rent, even though they don't cash flow spectacularly like my "little ATMs", 2-bed, 1 bath bungalows with dated but functional amenities.To generate leads, my favorite strategy is keeping 3-4 agents on the line who know my criteria.
