What are your favorite books on residential multi-family (1 - 4 units) and commercial multi-family (5+ units) appraisals? With a quick Google/Amazon search there doesn't appear to be as many resources out there on appraisals.

I'd love to get your input on some of your favorites books (or places to get great content - other than BP!).
