We moved from a 2,000 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms (an office for me, a room for each kiddo, and the Ruler's Roost . . . perfect American Dream approach). 

Also consider Americans are often big people (statistics say well over 60% are obese or overweight), and a queen is just unbearably cramped if you're bigger than the ~1940's average adult when Queen and King size became available.  

Doug Shupe with the American Automobile Association says Los Angeles is seeing fewer cars on the road since the pandemic, but so is every other city, so it’s not surprising that L.A. is still the worst.

What I think we should try to figure is how we can provide more affordable houses for the average American so that rents can stay current with the market.
