But if you had to say either supply will increase or demand will increase, isn't it easier to argue that we see demand increase more than supply?

I've taken in several podcasts and several reads on the subject so far including, BP beginners guide, ABC's of Real Estate Investing, Hold, and Rich Dad, Poor Dad.Not sure if I will become a dedicated real estate investor, but I foresee my first home purchase being a duplex or triplex, and deciding from there whether I will continue on the real estate path, or use the money I save to invest more in the market.

If your insurance carrier excludes coverage of aggressive breeds, then it is safe to say that you cannot provide reasonable accommodation that wouldn't affect you financially.Equally, if you had a reasonable fear of aggressive breed dogs, that could also be argued to support your exclusion of aggressive breed dogs as you have to be able to enter the property for repairs/inspections/etc.

I Review what other properties simular to mine are actually paying and argue that if all these similar properties are paying less then I should be too.I have always got a tax reduction.

We are required to provide them in the stairwells/hallways (on each floor) in the smaller buildings which do not have sprinkler systems.We also provide an 5lb ABC (low corrosion) type fire-extinguisher in each of our units - usually in plain site in the kitchen.

You could argue for inland markets like Riverside or Bakersfield but even those can't compare to certain Mid West and Southern markets.
