I want to find an online program/course that will help me find a wfh job in tech (that’s not a software engineer) that involves real estate but I don’t know if that even exists. 

There are locks (you frequently get them on airbnbs) that have a set of 10 or so codes you can program them with.

You really learn a LOT on your first one, I suspect I'll learn a LOT on my second as well.I was hoping there might be a standard program where they will agree to increase the taxes at a more reasonable rate, and get me to the assessed value over three years or something along those lines. 

We also constantly have our eyes out for lender programs that either alleviate or eliminate the appraisal process.

Arron,On some programs they require (2) years W2's as long as the jobs have been same line of work. 

Went online, enrolled in a wholesaling program to more so get a better understanding of the principles in wholesaling, which for the most part it gave me.

Plenty of great programs out there for sure. 

If you just want the degree for your own heart, then find a program that you get No student loan debt.
