@Ken Badziak  I am pretty sure the moment you put up a house on criags list or your website that you do not own.. describe it with bed bath etc.. your engaged in real estate brokerage activities and that requires a license.. flipping homes is legal for sure.. but going about it like your a real estate broker simply is not..

I go by all of my properties once a week, I had to call him to tell him and text him pictures of the grass which was a foot high and there were weeds and garbage all in the shrub beds.
