I wonder why a butcher at the meat counter can't write a book on how to conduct brain surgery in this country, I think it has something to do with the American Medical Association.

And also as far as open accounts go I have medical bills and that's all I just paid everything else and got the accounts either closed or removed they should update within 2 months

They didn't want to be put in a position where short term inconveniences (like travelling to a property during a snow storm) would get in the way of properly running their project.    

I also have a full time job that requires me to travel extensively.  

I am open to new ideas of where I should look, my only hesitation would be travel time and not being able to manage properties far away.

Also I only know a few people in CA and will be traveling solo, so having things to do in the evenings and meeting local people would be great!
