I think I went from the frying pan to the fire!

I've owned 80 houses, and 400 apartments, and that was enough of the tenant and toilet business for me.  

He then can hook up toilet shower and sink.

There are certain products I purchase at HD only like my toilets.

This is paint, flooring, trim, minor bath and kitchen updates, countertops, backsplashes, vanities, toilets, etc. 

I was nervous and scared at first but I said to myself I can only fail if I stop trying something will pan out eventually.

I've noted properties for sale in my area and want to run the numbers and do an investment analysis on them to see if they would pan out.  

Just remember it only takes one to have a huge pay day, so don't get down if a few sessions, or even a few days/weeks, don't pan out. 

If those guys don't pan out I'll let you know

Maybe you get a wear and tear specialist as an early tenant,  then you will be glad you kept the more dated kitchen for sure...Let's go forward six months and imagine your first tenant drops a heavy pan of something on the counter....
