You might be hard pressed to find good deals there without digging hard -- hence the reason we dropped those markets.You may want to consider some other markets in Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, or Georgia.

If you buy a home for 75k and then drop 25k into the fix and want to sell it fast for say 140k it's still possible but you have to be careful as you are placing your investment under the control of someone else's approval.

Sure the demand for high end is always going to be there but the market for dumbie proof cameras has completely dropped out I would think.
