Do any of you out there have any advice or success stories to share about finding deals on the MLS, it feels like the harder I try the more walls I hit, just looking for some sound advice...

He said my wall heaters aren't vented (they are, and through the roof, you can plainly see the vents from the outside of the house).

It's no different then rehabbing that first house and finding the black mold mess once you pull that first strip of paneling off the wall.
