I would suggest you go an interview a few lenders, they have many different programs that can help you here.I can share with you the ones I recommend in Dallas.

I also recommend using as many regular, vanilla mortgages as possible before going over to DSCR mortgages.  

-we don't recommend this as just leads to tenants abusing utilities.

I'm sure some folks on BP will provide their top DSCR recommended lender (along with many lenders themselves commenting).
