Hey all, I see quite a few posts involving determining if an area is good for MTR be it the demand/supply/pricing.

And are they production builders that to provide the product at the cost they do use basically the least expensive materials possible and beat the crap out the subs pricing.so there is a fine line there you cant pay low price and expect supreme product..

You provide zero links to other (corroborating) social media platforms.Plus, this is your first and only post here, and you're asking for help!

Now of course I have heard some of terms and lingo being thrown around by friends, family, and now the podcast, but I still wouldn't even attempt to engage in any of these forum posts due to my lack of knowledge.

I'll keep everyone posted if/when this deal happens and share my learnings. 

They are usually posted on meetup.com or local facebook groups which I also recommend joining.

Post on every investor Facebook group in Texas. 

There are signs that should be posted to lessen your liability.
