It is much easier for a top experienced agent to get a new customer than it is for a new agent.Always remember you are self employed.

I don't know about Freshbooks.Our teamleader converted from QuickBooks desktop software to a custom online application.

For the electronics business I think I will need a tax certificate for buying parts wholesale and charging customers sales tax.

The popularity of the location is also a contributing factor.

If you really are planning a small community, I would first try to determine if there is an outside lender or lenders who might make the loans to your buyers, or if your customer credit quality is too low, look at a couple of legal joint venture relationships you might explore.

I like tile best for long term buy and hold rentals...durable and better in a beach town...if I was planning on selling in a year or so I would go with laminate that looks like wood planks as that is very popular here...
