Six months plus of free rent is a "gift", you should treat it as such, you've effectively traded your good credit for rent & a "get out of jail free" card on the house deal that didn't go your way.I'd be sure and have an attorney look over whatever agreement you signed to stay in the property after the BK - & also verify that the foreclosure hasn't taken place.
