Hey everyone,I officially started my real estate journey in 2016 when I used my VA loan to buy my first single family home.

There may be some slight changes since the official counts come out after all certificates are paid.Rates were up this year along with the number of liens available.

We need to solve the other 75% too.This year Breakthrough Energy Ventures, the clean-energy investment fund I’m involved with, announced the first companies we’re putting money into.

@Dina Pearson some banks will loan on land if there is an official plan in place to start building immediately.

Elect better city officials with more common sense and business acumen. 

From an email exchange I had with the city's most senior official on the matter when I was working on a similar challenge:"We don’t use the term "mother-in-law apartment" because it is just a one-family home with more than one kitchen.

We are still building an official communication plan for incidents moving forward. 

They have not announced of they will hook up with another group like that.

I did move in and renovated while living there, but no official ever came to verify it actually was my primary residence.
