There is a vacant property I want to purchase that has splits available. City has confirmed the split is available. I want to split it into 2 parcels. I will build my home on 1 and sell the other parcel for a profit. What kind of loan can I get to finance this type of transaction? Anybody successfully do this? Thanks!
