Minors cannot legally enter into a binding contract.

Is it legal for a listing agent to lie like that and never allow her to submit an offer to the owners?

My struggle is being in debt and barely getting by how do I obtain funds.

Your total expenses should be around 50% of the gross rent not included debt service.

Get that in order with an attorney to make sure you are legally covered to give yourself the best chance of starting out right.How's that helps!
