It may be nice to have a picture showing the layout of your situation1) somehow bypass his sewer line and connect into it down stream where it leaves his property.2) Like the gentleman stated above, pull your title report and see if an recorded easement exists.4) Pay for the guy to go on a vacation for a weekend and knock it out!

In their book, they lay out some rules of thumb for rehab estimation, so I would assume that they would ask you questions over the phone to apply their rules of thumb.Has anyone in the Houston area used this service and can comment on it?
