Rents and Vacancies in San Jose
Doing some analysis on SJ properties and clearly the margins are thin at best. For those with properties in San Jose, what has been your experience for rents on 3 bedrooms and turn-around times for filling vacancies? I'm seeing 3 bedroom SFR going for $3k - $4k/mo. are they hanging around at that rate or being snatched up?
On a different note, I've seen the comments on Rent Control which has given me some pause. Might be better to focus more on Student or smaller units?
Appreciate your advice!
