I'm in a career where I constantly meet all kinds of people and the encounters I have with people involved with real estate are always the most inspiring.

The series LLC avoids the issue of forming multiple LLCs and accounting for them at the end of the tax year.

My wife is an architect and we have private investment capital available, but we don't have that much experience in the CA market so we'd like to meet people involved in new construction (passive house), add value projects, as well as re-entitlement and fix and flips.  

This type of project I believe has tremendous merit and I would love to be more involved in pushing these initiatives forward.  

I've never worked directly for or with a contracting company, but have been involved in multiple reconstruction/rehab projects.

Oh, and there are multiple offers on the house already.

I would have happily looked into what happened and drilled everyone involved about it.

Generally, on real estate transactional work, this is not big, but on commercial deals, the title company is generally much more heavily involved, so that is huge.

If you don't screw up too bad then you can file some more paperwork to get the sheriff involved.

I have alway been interested in the real estate market thinking of getting more involved in buying and flipping houses .
