Enjoying holidays there, etc...Have you thought about some signage naming it--such as Homestead Apartments or etc..Interesting old brick garage across the street too.Did the balconies over the sidewalk require any special air easements, or do they just let you build like that?

My dream is to be able to make the same amount of income from my investments as I make now from my work in about 3 years as well as help my kids (16 and 20) do the same thing and feel freerer than I have .I would love to find a mentor that could work with me on my current investment (2 properties in the south of France I rent out short term for holiday lets, Amsterdam which I rent out for AirBNB or short term) and help me figure out my next step.
