instead, they expect you to extract and fill out a GENERIC 'organizer'  when you try to list the data that is missing at the bottom of the 'organizer' they dont read it!

List your track record, Schedule of Real Estate Owned, Reserves, ARV Comps, a general budget, and a decent credit score. 

The listing agent claims she knows nothing about the property and just wants it sold.
