Anyhow, I am currently reading "Long Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene, and I had some questions forming.

First off, thank you to Brandon Turner, David Greene, and all the members of the BiggerPockets team.

So, next we were going to go through Ken McElroy's 'ABC's" series and Kiyosaki's 'Real book of Real Estate', but then I heard about David Greene's 'BRRRR' book and Brandon Turner's 'Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down', 'Rental Property Investing', and 'Managing Rental Properties' books.

I'm still pretty green when it comes to choosing a market, I am not sure what data to use to determine which area would be best.  

Take David Green for example.

And I'd suggest that a house isn't much easier than a duplex or a triplex.If you have plenty of income and two years of job history and excellent credit and a green card, go with a big bank; their rates are stellar.
