When the house was built, it was supposed to be a 4/2, but the owners decided to just not have the contractor build the wall between the two rooms and instead just make it into a huge guess room.

A building that is occupied as a single family home is less of an exposure to an insurance company that a rooming house would be so would be.

Can't say they will be right for you, but they are for me and may have room for another property.
