Hello everyone, I am 23 years old and a recent college graduate.

If that turns out not to be the best decision, my plan is to save $2k-$3k a month starting when my wife finishes nursing school and we should be able to purchase a new property every 2 years or so.

My house is a block away from a middle/high school.

Then, turn the home into a rental once school starts.

Late spring and early summer is usually busier because kids are out of school and there is better moving weather.

He told me he’s a property developer and that I should get my license and he will teach me the ropes when I’m licensed, so I signed up for school few days ago I start November 8th and since then I’ve been watching YouTube beginner videos and I found this podcast, so  I thought I’d post my story.
