I listened in on a "Webinar" this evening that turned out to be some guy I'd never heard of hawking his $2,000 software package that is supposed to "systematize" deal analyses, making offers, and lots of deal structures (short sales, subject tos, terms).

Can anyone recommend a good software program for Mac that will analyze cash flow, DCSR, ROI, Cash-on-Cash return, pre-tax/post-tax, etc. over user-definable hold periods.

Maybe they should not view you the way they do but that is still where you are starting from.If you can get past assumptions you will will have improved your game than someone who is assumed to be competent just because they look older.

IMO this would be the way for you to go for quick cash with little skin in the game.
