Great site! You could spend hours here reading all the information and posts.

I've been investing for the last few years and I'm looking to step up my game a bit more.

Anyone else in the LA area having a hard time finding viable options for rehabs?

I'm looking to partner with someone (I have some cash) and I'm also looking for a good agent that knows something about investing. Any ideas where the best place to post those are?

Looking forward to trying to make one of the BPLA get togethers.
