I love my job and I made good money, but I’ve always searched around for ways to create passive income and better position myself and my family for financial freedom.

My current interest is buy and hold real estate, and developing a portfolio of cash flowing rental properties to achieve financial freedom.

With freedom of having most amenities, the renters have much more freedom, not to mention additional lower cost.

How do I start in real estate, with little money?

Definatly not the right mind set for achieving financial freedom.

I just want financial freedom and I want to keep the business manageable under my own control.

Thanks @Sam Alomari  This being my first home, I of course love the property, but I love the thought of financial freedom much more ;-)  I decided to keep the property and rent it because the area has such a great rental market and I did very simple math.....

What will be really hard (much harder than your clients) will be the freedom to do the classes/course work when you want.

It's been close to a year now and I am excited to follow my dream of financial freedom.

Sucks to be a broke college kid) I think that there are way too many retail investors being fooled by these ‘successful gurus’ that hold one weekend fast tracks to ‘financial freedom’.
