What I expect is to further my business, be introduced to interesting people/opportunities (doesn't matter if I don't make any money) and to enhance my perceptive.

Along came an opportunity through a friend to purchase a house that easily values @ $180,000 for $115,000(purchase price). 

Then when a shady Fannie Mae realtor slipped up, I leveraged her misstep for the opportunity to conduct business on a "fair" playing field with Fannie Mae. 

We have a very strong track record and I would think would be a very attractive opportunity for people looking to do an exchange.  

I just need advise on how best to proceed in order and seize these opportunities?

This could be a good opportunity and you want to be sure.

I think the surrounding areas will see better opportunities along the various Metro lines in neighborhoods like Alexandria, Huntington, Falls Church, etc. 

Wow I was about to give up I live in Broward and it’s nice to see that it’s opportunity still here I’m just starting out, I’m saving about 20k to at least get a subject-to deal going you guys really motivate me keep it going brothers!!

Hey @Mike Chmielewski - This is a bit of a grey area, but realistically, if this is your first home, & within commutable distance to your employer, and you'd like to owner occupy it, that's a really straight forward transaction.People move for legitimate reasons quickly all the time - (Job location change, not comfortable in the area, opportunity to move into a single family, etc.)Happy to chat a bit further about this offline.

Initially, my estimations of this property seemed like an opportunity that couldn't be missed, but as I have researched them further, the benefit has slowly dwindled.
