Hello all, I'm working on building a website for my residential property management business.

I bought this property for $60k and rehab for $65k, I just sold one down the street to a cash buyer for $205k and they just rented it for $1900 a month , now am thinking if i should brrrr this property for the same $1900 rent amount since it has the same finish? 

Last thursday, i was talking to an investor at RE meetup who just finished 3 flips in May that all 3 required 50k+ in reno, when i asked him how they did for him in profits, he said he profited only 8k between all 3 houses, which blew my mind, risking that much money for such pitiful returns, but he told me thats been the norm for him this past 1.5 years.

I’ve thought about creating a website to showcase their properties, I currently use a google sheet that my investors helped me create, but I know a lot of people use investor carrot.Anyone have any ideas on how to best profile your properties, and as an investor-what’s missing from your agent? 

Or a handrail fails and a kid falls and busts his head open on stairway ice because your PM knows nothing about how concrete should be finished and let a bad fix slip?
