Wholesale HUD Contracts
Hello everyone. I'm just getting started as a virtual wholesaler.
I live in California and I have interest of bidding on the HUD Home Store website.
I understand that HUD doesn't allow "and or assigns" to the contract, but I can add a buyer.
This will satisfy the A to B closing, but how do I collect my assignment fee from the cash buyer?
Is there a grant deed contract that must be executed here?
Please go easy on me, I'm new to this.
Thanks
