They are both mostly blogs with the occasional podcast and are in the extreme early retirement arena. 

Other than the Sentinel and the Mountain Press I haven't found many other options here as many of the records are not online and what are online are extremely difficult to search.We have one property in Pigeon Forge and have been looking for more, but the good buys are usually gone by the time anything hits the MLS.What will you be doing with the properties you find?

There are a few decent agents here on biggerpockets.Some work in Class D- ( high crime ) and extremely old area properties.I personally only look to work with clients who are: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ready, Willing, Able, and Most importantly RealisticGood luck with your investing.

Tenant A  is  coming from a SF home rental loved the 1st floor apartment but keeps complaining tenant B on the second floor is walking in the morning too loudly and shutting the door loud. 

But this business of "you don't need money or good credit" to become an investor is extremely elusive.

Usually a fair deal comes about at the point where neither party is extremely pleased but each party is satisfied.
