People expect cable tv and wifi in their room. 

BP forums will address many ideas and strategies  I expect in the next few months.

You will get more comfortable as time goes by and you see what to expect in terms of bills and management .

We will expect a certain level of information so don't make us beg for answers to questions that every single investor always ask. 

The reason that you just signed a bunch of paperwork promising that it was gift and you have no expectation of repayment, is that if you then try to threaten the house to get your son to pay you back, a judge is going to kick you out of the courtroom....
