Myers with a long term buy and hold strategy, are you considering getting out of this market?

Hey Alexander, I manage over 100 STR properties and I'm a real estate broker in California.

The IRA will buy the property and own it, so the rents and profits must go into the IRA.

And how far back in time would you consider someone a client?   

They said that per California Revenue and Taxation code, they're asking me to provide them info such as the purchase agreement, rent rolls, etc. to assist them in doing the reappraisal of my property.  

I am currently 5 weeks into working my first fix and flip and I am obsessed.

Sell and go into another investment.Four units, renting 3 out, is too much.

Many times if it sounds too good to be true it is. 5% down and 5% on a rate would be well below industry average currently
