another maybe odd thing i worry about is it's a bit in the country, with 4 doors right next to each other i worry the tenants could fight, drama, drug deals, noise complaints, i have no idea but it just seems a bit strange. the layout just seems very conducive to drama, 4 door out front literally spaced ten ft apart with nothing else directly around and one big parking lot out front.another concern i have is, i understand there are laws limiting how many people can be in apt. these being 1 bed 1 bath, thats room for what 1 couple, and one child at most?

So, it could just be that they fell behind on a couple payments and will become due, or maybe because the servicing of the Note changed so some payments are missing until the servicing catches up..The sheriff's auction list, the foreclosure list, is the main foreclosure list.

Hello,I am looking to purchase section 8 properties in the Ohio area.Please note I plan to fly out there in the next few weeks several times.Although I know these properties are in rougher neighborhoods I prefer to purchase in an area that is not a war zone.

By the mid 90's I partnered with a couple of other individuals and developed a plan to build a rental portfolio. 

Or would it be preferable (and cheaper and faster) to just hire a contractor to renovate the old mobile home to HUD standards?
