I do have one burning question since here in the San Jose area, the prices are up high.

IF you jump into wholesaling you need to make sure you have a solid understanding and some wise council to help you through to make sure you don't get burned. 

Try and have a controlled fire without burning down your house.

But I have also been burned where they steal the deal.

Himalayan Black Berries are a frickin nightmare though, so rent some goats to eat them, burn whatevers left (won't kill the seeds, but it gets rid of the brambles), and aggressively go after them when they try to regrow.
