Ever had body pain?

I was sure on how this would impact wholesaling deals.  

Any thoughts on this and how this is going to impact us in real estate?

The person making that kind of money likely owns businesses and employs workers so has other positive impacts on the economy that the worker making 20,000 a year does not.I just believe a lot of these reports are crap.

If you already have a preconceived notion that you are dealing with some despicable element within society, it impacts your judgment and ability to manage your situation.

I read the basics and listen to some podcasts on this site (which I get all my info here) to equip me with a mindset of an real estate wholesaler.I want to start now with the knowledge I have, continue learning as I go(do any body thinks that's a good idea?). 

I would move that near the top because, while its not specifically about real estate, it is about getting your mind, body and spirit ready to jump into real estate with a clear head and positive outlook--an absolute must to play this game.

While this does not impact the opinion of value, it is incorrect and should be noted in a new appraisal.
