@Elin Trinh, I am also looking to invest in the San Antonio region.

There are certain criteria to get a house to qualify but in general they amount to "don't be a slum lord"; windows that open, electrical outlets that operate, appliances that operate (dishwashers are optional depending on your state/region), etc. 

Curious to find out if investors living in higher cost regions of the country are satisfied with the same monthly cash flow even if the cost to purchase the property could be substantially higher depending on the geographic location?

@Clark Y.Meridian is pretty good with commercial, just look for local regional broker also RBC..Commercial is a different ball game especially when it comes lending

IE if you are only worried about vacancies you find growing cities/regions that are economically diverse and growing.

I would no expect any corrections anytime soon, the data just does not support in regionally or nationally. 

I ask because of the regional differences in COVID hysteria.
