I put about 19K in my SEP in 2013 and my CPA says I should add $18K more to max it and hold off on buying more real estate.My first thought was that I never intended for my IRA to be my retirement vehicle - I want a large portfolio of cash flowing properties to be what I retire on.

This loan can be beneficial if you think that rates are going to increase.Either way, I would recommend against using these vehicles as a substitute for a regular 30 year loan as you will pay more in interest.

@Tony Gatto your property and your drone, and you are just taking pictures of your property, you're good, but look at the FAA basic rules because they are common sense safety rules (e.g. don't fly over people, don't pilot from a moving vehicle, don't fly in or near an airport, stay under 400 feet), but the most important thing to read is the classes of air space, then look up your area to see what class airspace you are flying in.

We prohibit parking or driving on grass that will cause damage to irrigation systems or the yard itself, especially in wet periods, and ensure Tenant understands they will need to restore the yard prior to move-out if it is damaged by vehicles, dog runs, placement of unauthorized "sheds", etc.You also need to address shrubs, bushes, and trees.
