I find it odd(not really) that you're also at the same time promoting 'quick training' that's available at 'The agent center' Are your products bases on how brokers/agents do short sales?

BP forums strictly prohibit advertising so I won't engage in promoting my biz here.

I understand GP-LP splits, preferred return, promote over preferred return, equity multiple, etc.

(Think of it like rolling the premium features of a vehicle into a car note.)Seller concessions are best negotiated with the initial offer and acceptance but can (at least in Oregon) also be utilized or useful during inspection or contingency periods to promote compromise. 

These arrangements were also flexible and I moved multiple times as I accepted promotions at different workplaces.
