I feel like in today's software-enabled world, there has to be a better way.Does anyone have any experience with a great service that will take on units with great service, steady pricing, and the benefits of modern tech?

We currently use Appfolio for our property management software.

And will provide software to help analyze the RE market in the area we are interested in.

It’s nice to not have to be the bad guy haha since the software enforces it for you if you turn the feature on.

If you use a device, do you use some sort of form/pdf oran app/software?

Do any wholesalers use a ringless voicemail system in order to initiate contact and/or keep in touch with prospects? Seems like there are a number of them out there but I'm curious to see which one's y'all think have ...

There’s so much on the MLS’s other data collection sites that you’ll be allowed to use too.The caveat is, that you need to educate yourself on how to use the various software platforms and that takes time and commitment.

I am a software Engineer in Natick, MA, and I recently became interested in real estate investing after reading the Rich Dad Poor Dad book (as did many others I suppose).

My question is can some of you expert flippers share with me a good, user friendly software for flipping & rehabbing.
