RE education via legacy/elite education worth it?

My wife and I just started our Real Estate (RE) Investment journey. We went to a 3-day Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar (after reading his books) and was introduced to RE education via Legacy Education. They are trying to sell us education packages that cost $3K-$20K.

During the seminar, they explained the importance of RE education, which we agree. But we need somewhere to start, a mentor of some sort.

Anyhow, they said it is helpful to have a mentor to do some of the deals. And will provide software to help analyze the RE market in the area we are interested in.

Has anyone in this group/community gone through their program and or mentorship program? If so, was it worth it? Was it worth the cost? We are currently reading a lot of RE investment books, which are very helpful in understanding the arena.

However, we want to know if there are similar programs out there which are more cost-effective. We'd rather use the money to acquire our first RE investment property. What is your recommendation? Thanks!
