Any ideas on how to research for contractors as I would like to have my foundation pour before the end of this year!

(I will probably transition them to LLCs in the Future).I want to lay the foundation for CLEAN and EASY TO TRACK Finances... as well as PROTECT myself.My questions are... 

.- the foundation will hold the structure above it, the electric is installed in accordance with the National Electric Code, etc.When a property owner decides to renovate a property, inspections are performed before the Sheetrock installed.

Well, it has the foundation and framing done only so it's a more than a fix I'd say.

Brick/vinyl siding, slab foundation, built in the 70s, 3/1.5/1, dated in fair condition.  

Focus on the foundation of any type of investing, cashflows, and then move on from there.

I want to level the ground on this side of my house and around the deck can I do that with out causing future damage. Mind you this house is 200 years old and not sure if the piles were there from day one or not. Basi...

P.S- One thing I've learned is that its very imporant to make sure major mechanicals, roof, foundation, windows are all in good shape since these are more of the costly repairs. 

Hello, I am new to real estate investing and I am approaching from the wholesale angle as well to get a solid introduction and foundation.

Purchase price: $10,000 Cash invested: $2,000 Sale price: $21,000 This 3 bed 1 bath property came to me while i was outside looking at a currently property i had a man walk up asking me what i was doing, i told him and come to find out he had a property to sell. it needed very little work and had some equity left on the deal so i took it. putting a new kitchen floor in and repainting the inside and outside foundation. we placed a resident in the home for $600mth then sold it to a private investor for $21,000 while still managing the property.
