@Joseph Asamoah is very successful with this strategy because he has a product with high demand and low supply (high-end, renovated single family houses in prime neighborhoods with 4-5 bedrooms), has put together a very thorough tenant screening process, and has developed deep relationships with key players at the local housing authority.

My understanding (because I haven't done it myself, but I invest with those who do) is that big commercial brokers hardly even call you back if you're not already a player, especially when it's a seller's market. well there are always broker working for the bigger brokers starting out you can share your journey with them.. so In a way I guess I mentored my client from Hawaii.. we closed this 5 mil deal I was happy..

In fact, I'm sure the majority of football players who smoke marijuana do so for the medical component without even realizing that's the case because it is without question the best pain management drug in the world.Now I'm not suggesting this person who was arrested for marijuana was using for this reason, but it's actually possible it treated some depression issue, or something else.
