Or if you're buying in areas that just don't make sense for the long term (e.g. depreciating areas), you can load up on a bunch of crap.I am still paying on mistakes from year 8-9 years ago, though the number of unremedied mistakes is dwindling as the years go on.

It seems this was done to prevent overflow of the septic, so therefore seems safe to assume the septic wouldn't be able to handle the extra load if the plumbing was corrected to discharge into the septic.
