Hi, just joined yesterday. Listened to the webinar and upgraded to pro immediately. Been listening to podcasts all day while working my 9-5. Been trying to analyze deals, but not sure if I'm doing it right. Just trying to consume.

I'm interested in Buy and Holds in the state of Wisconsin. I'm eager and learning.
