Now with that being said, we are playing the waiting game and she still has not determined the value of her house.So, my question is should I gather up some comps with images and show her homes that are priced correctly with amenities up to date so she can be aware how much her home is really worth if it is fixed up.

What bothers me is my broker sending me the following email:Your statement here makes me think of this commonly seen image below.  

I am sure there are other ways to do it, I only have 3 properties myself, but I cant imaging having more than 10 bank accounts if I owned 10 independent properties.
